Carmen joined Donahue Hagan in September 2008, practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law. Prior to joining the firm, Carmen spent a year as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Severiano Lisboa, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Carmen was admitted to practice in New Jersey in December 2007. While in Law School, she volunteered with the Juvenile Justice, receiving a Distinguished Academic Achievement Award for her work. As a Law Clerk, Carmen also completed the Mediation and Conciliation Skills Training Program. She is also proficient in Spanish.
