About Stephanie Frangos Hagan, Esq.

Stephanie Hagan has practiced Family Law exclusively for more than 23 years, and is one of the founding members of Donahue Hagan. Her experience has won the respect of her colleagues in the legal community. Yet, she remains in a class by herself.

Known for her aggressive brand of advocacy, Stephanie is a formidable opponent. Whether advocating in the courthouse or negotiating across a conference room table, she is a force to be reckoned with.

A frequent lecturer and panelist, Stephanie has lectured regularly on a variety of family law topics including alimony, child support, custody, paternity, domestic partnership and other important family law issues. In January 2012, Stephanie spoke at the New Jersey Family Law Symposium.  In March, she organized and moderated a seminar on bankruptcy issues for the Morris County Bar Association Family Law Committee.  She will be speaking in April on the topic of Alimony for the New Jersey Association for Justice in Atlantic City, and, in May, is scheduled to speak on Counsel Fee issues for the Family Law Section at the New Jersey State Bar Association annual meeting in Atlantic City.  Stephanie also lectures frequently for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Institute for Continuing Legal Education as well. She also serves as a Panelist for the Essex,Unionand Morris Counties Family Law Early Settlement Panel Programs.

Stephanie is frequently appointed as a mediator by the Courts throughout the state. She is a certified mediator and is known for her ability to mediate matters to a resolution. In addition to her work as a Court appointed mediator, she also handles private mediations.

Stephanie has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association for more than fifteen years and is the former chair of the Fee Arbitration Committee for Morris County. Stephanie is also the Co-Chair of the Morris County Family Law Committee since 2010.
