An associate with the firm since September 2003, David has concentrated his practice exclusively in the field of Matrimonial and Family Law since his admission to the Bar in 2002. During this time, David has worked in all aspects of divorce and matrimonial law, including interstate and international custody matters, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, civil unions and domestic partnerships, complex financial disputes and business valuations.
Prior to joining the firm, David spent a year as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas P. Zampino, J.S.C., of the Essex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. He has been named as a Rising Star in the field of Family Law by the New Jersey Super Lawyers publication for 2009 and 2010 and is a Master of the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court.
David is a co-author of the Domestic Violence Chapter in the latest edition of the New Jersey Family Law Practice, a matrimonial and family law treatise, and has co-authored several articles published in conjunction with family law issues for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He has also lectured on various topics relating to divorce and matrimonial law, including equitable distribution, spousal and child support, custody and domestic violence.
David sits on the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section, Young Lawyer's Division Executive Subcommittee and, has, for the past several years, also volunteered his time as a panelist for the Morris County Early Settlement Panel program.
