Debra Weisberg has been a member of Donahue Hagan since 1998, being named as a Partner in the firm in 2001. During this time, Debra has practiced exclusively in family and matrimonial law. She has been recognized by both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association as an exceptional leader and attorney.
In 2003, Debra was named the Young Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association. Exceptionally dedicated to the Morris County Bar Association, Debra has held numerous Chair positions and is currently the President of the Morris County Bar Association, and the Former President of the Morris County Bar Foundation.
Debra volunteers as an early settlement panelist. She also frequently lectures on various topics and presentations in the matrimonial and family law field, volunteering her time both for the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She has several published cases, including M.P.H.M v. K.S.M, Pfeiffer v. Ilson (both in the Chancery and Appellate Division Courts), and County of Morris v. Riverview Condominiums, Inc. In 2004, Debra also published an article in the New Jersey Family Lawyer.
