The firm was founded in 1996. The main office is centrally located in Morristown, New Jersey, with an additional office in Short Hills, New Jersey.

All members of the firm have extensive experience and expertise in all areas of Matrimonial/ Family Law, including divorce actions, custody disputes, domestic violence, property settlement agreements, modification of judgments, agreements and orders, premarital agreements, parental alienation, unmarried cohabitant/palimony matters, mediation, arbitration, appeals and all related matters.

The firm consists of twelve attorneys who specialize exclusively in the practice of Matrimonial and Family Law making it one of the largest specialty firms in New Jersey.
