The firm was founded in 1996. The main office is centrally located in Morristown, New Jersey, with an additional office in Short Hills, New Jersey.

All members of the firm have extensive experience and expertise in all areas of Matrimonial/Family Law, including divorce actions, custody disputes, domestic violence, property settlement agreements, modification of judgments, agreements and orders, premarital agreements, parental alienation, unmarried cohabitant/palimony matters, mediation, arbitration, appeals and all related matters.

The firm consists of twelve attorneys who specialize exclusively in the practice of Matrimonial and Family Law making it one of the largest specialty firms in New Jersey. Its partners, associates, paralegals and support staff have extensive experience in the field and are widely recognized experts who have been at the forefront in all aspects of this area of law.

The firm’s partners have served on numerous Bar Associations and Bar Committees concentrating on improving the practice of Family Law to better serve clients, the bench and bar. They have lectured extensively on all areas of Family Law both to the public and to professional associations, such as accountants and mental health professionals, as well as to Bar Associations and at Judicial Conferences.
