Stephanie
Frangos Hagan, ESQ.
Stephanie Frangos Hagan is a partner in the firm and a 1985 graduate of Seton
Hall University Law School. She began her career as a judicial law clerk
in the Family Part of the New Jersey Superior Court for the 1985-1986 term.
Since graduating
from law school in 1985, she has specialized in Family Law and related matters.
In addition to trial and appellate work, Ms. Hagan has lectured on a variety
of Family Law and related matters including the Child Support Guidelines, Pensions,
Child Custody, negotiating Property Settlement Agreements, Same Sex Marriages/Relationships
and Palimony.
Ms. Hagan has also made media appearances on cable television and radio including
the Law Journal show and On the Line radio program.
Ms. Hagan is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section
of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is also a panelist for the Essex
and
Union County Early Settlement Panel. Ms. Hagan was a Barrister in the New
Jersey Family Law Inns of Court and is currently a member of the New Jersey
Bar, Essex
as well as Union County Bars. Ms. Hagan is a Certified Family Law Mediator.
