		Three of the partners at Donahue, Hagan, Klein, Newsome & O'Donnell are Certified Mediators and try to resolve matters in an amicable matter.

Several of our attorneys are Certified Mediators who provide mediation and arbitration services to our clients in accordance with Rule of Court 1:40, Complimentary Dispute Resolution Programs. Our mediators are regularly appointed by the Courts to serve as mediators for litigated matters. Using alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation in order to resolve matrimonial disputes allows parties to work together with our mediators to negotiate a resolution without the need for protracted litigation. The lawyers in our firm who are certified mediators have considerable experience in performing divorce mediations involving financial issues, resolution of support, equitable distribution and custody and parenting time arrangements. Our mediators are dedicated to offering an alternative to litigation for the resolution of issues involved in a family law matter.
