Debra S. Weisberg

Debra S. Weisberg is a partner with the firm. In 2003, Ms. Weisberg received the "Young Lawyer of the Year" Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association. In addition, she was selected as one of the "Ten Under 40 Family and Matrimonial Law Attorneys" in New Jersey in 2003.

Ms. Weisberg served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Morris County, during the 1993-1994 court term. Ms. Weisberg has concentrated her practice in Matrimonial Law, including divorce actions, custody matters, domestic violence, appeals and the negotiation and preparation of settlement agreements.

Ms. Weisberg is a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association. She also serves as a member of the Family Committee of the Morris County Bar Association, as well as the Committee's Liaison to the Board of Trustees. Ms. Weisberg is a Member of the Membership Committee and the Women Lawyers Committee of the Morris County Bar Association.

Ms. Weisberg also serves on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and previously chaired the Young Lawyers Sub-Committee of the Family Law Section. Ms. Weisberg is also a participant in the Morris County Early Settlement Program and frequently lectures for both the Morris County Bar Association and Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
